在经济全球化背景下,高等教育培养的目标是具有深厚家国情怀和国际竞争能力的高素质国际化人才。在教育教学过程中,坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,对国际化人才开展社会主义核心价值观教育引领具有重要现实意义。提升毕业生的就业能力和综合素质是缓解严峻就业形势,解决就业结构性矛盾,实现更高质量和更充分就业的根本途径。国际化人才的就业能力的提升需要政府部门、社会、高校、用人单位和学生多方面配合,社会各界一起努力构建育人共同体。

Under the background of economic globalization,the goal of higher education cultivation is to have profound national feelings and have high-quality international talents with international competitiveness.In the process of education and teaching,moral education is of great practical significance for guiding core values.Improving the employability and comprehensive quality of graduates is the fundamental way to alleviate the severe employment situation,solve the structural contradiction of employment,and achieve higher quality and more full employment.The improvement of the employability of international talents requires the cooperation of government departments,universities,employers,students,and the efforts of all sectors of society to build an educational community.
