普法视域下职教本科院校就业创业工作优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Employment and Entrepreneurship in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Popularization of Law

本科职业教育是近年来一种全新的教育体系,本科职业教育即将在未来五年内迎来大批量毕业生,然而大部分职教本科学生就业创业法律风险防范能力较低。职教本科院校的就业创业指导和服务工作对于学生就业创业和人才培养都具有重要作用。目前大部分高校的就业创业指导和服务工作缺乏普法教育,须要进行优化,优化路径包括确立合理的就业工作目标;将就业创业工作融入教育的始终;理论联系实际进行就业指导和服务;加强就业创业工作中的普法教育。

The vocational education is a new education system in recent years.The vocational education will have a large number of graduates in the next five years.However,most of the vocational students have a low ability to prevent the legal risks of employment and entrepreneurship.The Guidance and service of employment and Entrepreneurship in vocational colleges play an important role in the employment and entrepreneurship of students and the cultivation of talents.At present,the guidance and service work of employment and business start-up in most colleges and universities lacks legal popularization education and should be optimized,the approaches include establishing reasonable employment objectives,integrating employment and pioneering work into education,integrating theory with practice to provide employment guidance and service,and strengthening legal education in employment and pioneering work.
