疫情防控常态化视阈下医学院校医学与非医学专业本科生就业意向分析及对策研究——以广州医科大学为例

Employment Intention Analysis and Countermeasures Research of Medical and Non-medical Undergraduates in Medical University under the Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control——A Case Study of Guangzhou High Medical University

疫情防控常态化视阈下,本研究通过χ2检验、logistic回归分析问卷收集的数据,并结合相关文献,重点分析医学院校医学类专业与非医学类专业本科生在就业意向、就业方式、就业时间段方面的差异。结果显示,医学院校医学类专业与非医学类专业本科生在就业意向、就业方式方面存在显著差异,在就业时间段方面差异不具有显著性;医学院校本科生继续深造意愿强烈,且医学类专业本科生较非医学类专业本科生倾向于选择继续深造。根据就业差异,精准地为医学类专业和非医学类专业本科生提供具有差异性的就业信息和就业服务,帮助同学们找准就业时机,抓住就业机会。

In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,this study focuses on analyzing the differences in employment intention,employment mode and employment period between medical and non-medical undergraduates in medical colleges and universities through Chi-square test,Logistic regression analysis and relevant literature.The results show that there are significant differences in employment intention and employment mode between medical majors and non-medical majors in medical university,but there is no significant difference in employment period.Medical college undergraduates have a strong desire to continue their studies,and medical undergraduates are more inclined to continue their studies than non-medical undergraduates.According to the employment differences in various aspects,we provide medical and non-medical undergraduates with different employment information and services precisely,to help students to find the right employment opportunities and seize employment opportunities.
