摘要
本研究通过资料搜集、对比分析等方法,对全国“双一流”高校的基层就业引导办法和实际工作举措进行研究。研究发现,国内“双一流”高校对于国家的政策性就业引导工作普遍较为重视,60%以上的“双一流”高校根据国家的基层就业政策发布本校基层就业引导意见或办法,使学校基层就业工作具有制度性保障。“双一流”高校基层就业引导工作办法形成政策支持、宣传引导、指导培训、平台搭建和学生参与五位一体的工作格局,实现从学习阶段的潜在群体、求职阶段的意向群体和入职后阶段的已有群体互相影响的纵向闭环。
This article uses data collection,comparative analysis and other methods to study the grass-roots employment guidance methods and practical work measures of the"Double First-class"universities in our country.The study found that domestic"Double First-class"universities generally pay more attention to the country’s policy-based employment guidance work.More than 60%of the"Double First-class"universities have issued their own grass-roots employment guidance opinions or methods in accordance with the country’s grass-roots employment policy,so that the school’s grass-roots employment work has institutional guarantees.The"Double First-class"university grass-roots employment guidance work method has formed a five-in-one work pattern of policy support,publicity and guidance,guidance and training,platform construction,and student participation.There is a vertical closed loop in which groups influence each other.
