应用型高校双创育人嵌入劳动综合育人理路与对策

Principles and Countermeasures of Nnnovative and Entrepreneurial Education Embedded in Comprehensive Labor Education in Applied Universities

为深入推进新时代高校双创育人与劳动综合育人高水平发展,采用社会调查、逻辑思辨、历史研究方法分析应用型高校双创育人与劳动综合育人连带共生与嵌套关系。研究发现,新时代必然劳动需求向自由劳动需求转变的征兆已经显现,追求个性自由全面发展的创造性劳动育人恰逢其时。但应用型高校劳动育人与双创育人的分离导致大学生实际创业率和创业成功率低。新时代创造性劳动将成为主流,劳动育人需要注入创新创业核心元素。双创育人与劳动育人存在教育目标的包容性、教育理念的统一性、教育内容的梯次性、教育结构的层次性、教育功能的互补性和师资队伍的同源性。建议创新校企合作开放式办学机制,探索书院制综合育人培养模式,引导应用型高校教师转型,以一对一培养学生“三创”综合素养;探索实践育人、体验式育人、问题导向育人新模式,加强大学科技园建设,拓展育人场域,推动形成全面性、系统性、立体化劳动综合育人的格局。

Further promote the high-level development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and comprehensive labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era,the joint symbiosis and nesting relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and comprehensive labor education in Applied Colleges and universities are studied by using the methods of social investigation,logical speculation and historical research.The findings show that the sign of the inevitable transformation from labor demand to free labor demand in the new era has appeared,and the creative labor education pursuing the free and allround development of personality is at the right time.However,the separation of labor education and mass entrepreneurship education in Applied Colleges and universities leads to the low actual entrepreneurship rate and entrepreneurship success rate of college students.In the new era,creative labor will become the mainstream,and labor education needs to inject core elements of innovation and entrepreneurship.There exist the inclusiveness of educational objectives,the unity of educational ideas,the echelon of educational content,the hierarchy of educational structure,the complementarities of educational functions and the homology of teachers between innovation&entrepreneurship education and labor education.Suggested to innovate the open school running mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,explore the comprehensive education and training mode of academy system,guide the application-oriented transformation of college teachers,and cultivate students’comprehensive labor literacy of"three innovations"by one-to-one;Explore new models of practical education,experiential education and problem oriented education,strengthen the construction of University Science and technology parks,expand the field of"three innovations"education,and promote the formation of a comprehensive,systematic and three-dimensional labor comprehensive education pattern.
