组态视角下农民创业减贫效果影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Poverty Reduction Effect of Farmers'Entrepreneurship Basedon Configuration Perspective

农民创业作为激发内生力量的减贫手段受到越来越多的关注.既有研究主要关注农民创业各个层面的影响因素以及其经济影响,这为农民创业与减贫效果的关系提供了重要的理论基础.鉴于此,本文基于组态视角,从农民创业影响因素的整体联系出发,以减贫效果作为创业结果,通过模糊集定性比较分析方法,将制度支持、资金供给、社会网络、知识资本、健康资本和互联网使用六个农民创业的影响因素进行组合分析,识别出5种减贫效果较好的农民创业类型与2种减贫效果不佳的农民创业类型.研究发现,资金供给与知识资本是农民创业减贫效果较为重要的影响因素,内外因素相互补充作用时,农民进行创业的减贫效果更好.本研究扩展了创业减贫理论,对促进农民通过创业手段自主脱贫具有实践指导意义.

As a means of poverty reduction to stimulate endogenous forces,farmers'entrepreneurship has attracted more and more attention.The existing studies mainly focus on the influencing factors of farmers'entrepreneurship at all levels and its economic impact,which provides an important theoretical basis for the relationship between farmers'Entrepreneurship and poverty reduction.In view of this,based on the configuration perspective,starting from overall connection of the influencing factors of farmers'entrepreneurship,taking the poverty reduction effect as the entrepreneurial result,this paper makes a combined analysis of six factors affecting farmers'entrepreneurship,including institutional support,capital supply,social network,knowledge capital,health capital and Internet use,through the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis,Five types of farmers'Entrepreneurship with good poverty reduction effect and two types of farmers'Entrepreneurship with poor poverty reduction effect were identified.It is found that capital supply and knowledge capital are more important factors affecting the poverty reduction effect of farmers'entrepreneurship.When internal and external factors complement each other,the poverty reduction effect of farmers'entrepreneurship is better.This study expands the entrepreneurial poverty reduction theory and has practical guiding significance for promoting farmers to extricate themselves from poverty through entrepreneurial means.
