问题导向型小城镇综合环境整治策略与模式探究——以湖北省孝昌县为例

Research on Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Strategy and Construction Mode of Problem-oriented Small Towns:Taking Xiaochang County,Hubei Province as an Example

小城镇是联结乡村与城市的重要纽带,而小城镇综合环境质量好坏直接影响小城镇的整体发展情况。借助湖北省“擦亮小城镇”建设美丽城镇三年行动规划这一契机,对孝昌县小城镇的综合环境进行重点整治,以问题为导向,通过利用规划技术手段,加强建设引导,改善公共服务、卫生环境、基础设施、城镇容貌、产业发展以及治理水平等方面探究规划策略,建立相应的项目库,旨于探求“擦亮小城镇”的规划建设模式建设,以期对湖北省乃至丘陵地区小城镇建成区的综合环境整治规划起到参考作用。

Small towns are important links between villages and cities,and the comprehensive environmental quality of small towns directly affects the overall development of small towns.Taking advantage of the opportunity of the Three-year Action Plan of PolishingSmall Towns to build beautiful towns in Hubei Province,the comprehensive environment of small towns in Xiaochang County is mainly rectified,and the planning strategy is explored by using planning techniques,strengthening construction guidance,improving public services,health environment,infrastructure,town appearance,industrial development and governance level,etc.,and the corresponding project library is established,aiming at exploring the planning and construction mode of Polishing Small Towns,with a view to providing reference for Hubei Province.
