锦州市老旧小区现状及改造策略研究

Research on the Present Situation and Renovation Strategy of Jinzhou Old Residential Areas

随着城市建设的迅猛发展,老旧小区因建设年代较早,存在基础设施落后、公共设施缺乏等多方面的问题,已不能满足居民日益增长的美好生活需要,制约了城市的发展。各级政府对老旧小区改造工作日益关注,力争改善居民的生活环境和居住条件。以锦州市老旧小区为研究对象,通过现场调研、实地测量、居民访谈等方法,分析其现状存在问题,进而探索老旧小区更新改造策略,希望为今后锦州地区乃至北方寒冷地区的城市老旧小区更新改造提供参考。

With the rapid development of urban construction,the old residential areas are unable to meet the growing needs of residents for a better life due to the long living years,backward infrastructure,lack of public facilities and other problems,which restrict the development of the city.Governments at all levels pay increasing attention to the renovation of old residential areas and strive to improve the living environment and living conditions of residents.Taking the old residential areas in Jinzhou City as the research object,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the existing residential areas through the methods of field investigation,field measurement and residents interview,and then explores the renovation strategies of the old residential areas.It is hoped to provide reference for the renewal and renovation of old urban residential areas in Jinzhou and even the cold northern regions.
