A Preliminary Study on the Future Community Development and Landscape Construction Model from the Perspective of Elasticity

社区是承担人类生活的城市基本单位,社区营建的质量也是城市质量发展水平的反映。文章探讨了社区的演变及发展过程,追溯了未来社区这一模式形成的理论基础,梳理相关的理论与实践成果,并以弹性的视角对未来社区的规划设计模式和景观营造策略进行探讨,构建了三种可能的未来社区的发展模式即城市型、乡村型和城镇型。

Community is the basic unit of the city that undertakes human life,and the quality of community construction is also a reflection of the quality development level of the city.The paper explores the evolution and development process of the community,traces the theoretical basis of the future community formation,sorts out the relevant theories and practice results,and discusses the future community’s planning design patterns and landscape building strategies from the perspective of ecology,and constructs three possible future community development models,namely,city,village and town type.
