单斜拱斜拉桥自平衡控制旋转施工技术

The Self-balanced Control Rotation Construction Technology for a Monoclinic Arch Cable-Stayed Bridge

摘要 中国山东省淄博市潭溪山景区大跨度单斜拱斜拉人行桥的施工采用了高空竖向旋转施工方法,其实施的关键是旋转过程中被旋转结构的自平衡控制方法。该旋转方法将整个桥结构在山顶地面组装,经过两次旋转后安装到设计位置。第1次为桥面梁绕主拱上的节点进行旋转,第2次为由桥面梁、拉索及主拱组成的整体结构绕主拱支座处的内置节点进行旋转,两次旋转均为绕两侧节点形成的水平轴进行高空竖向旋转。两次旋转过程必须通过自平衡分析将被旋转结构的水平推力平衡到最小,才能保证旋转的顺利进行。结果表明本次采用的自平衡控制方法获得了很好的效果,该方法能为为同类钢结构工程的构件加工和安装提供借鉴。 In the construction process of a large-span monoclinic arch cable-stayed bridge in Tanxishan scenic area of Zibo City,Shandong Province,China,a high-altitude vertical rotation construction method of the cliff top arch bridge is proposed,and the key of the construction process is self-balanced control method.The whole bridge structure is assembled on the ground of the cliff,and rotated twice to the design position.The first rotation is for the bridge deck beam to revolve around the node on the main arch,and the second rotation is for the whole structure which is composed of bridge deck beam,cable and main arch to revolve around the built-in node at the main arch support.The two rotations are vertical rotation by the horizontal axis formed by the nodes on both sides.The horizontal thrust of the rotating structure must be balanced to the minimum through self-balanced analysis in order to ensure smooth rotation.The results show that the self-balanced control method has achieved good results.This method can provide some experience to the construction and fabrication of steel members in similar projects.
