新冠肺炎疫情视野下老年群体数字融入的“三重困境”与应对路径

The“Triple Dilemma”of the Digital Integration of the Elderly Population in Public Health Emergencies——Taking the COVID-19 Pandemic as an Example

我国人口结构日益渐“老”,数字生活却面目一“新”。在此背景下,因接入差别、使用差别和知识差别导致的老年人数字鸿沟问题也在日益凸显。尤其是在突发公共卫生事件中,老年人作为社会群体中媒介素养不足的数字弱势群体,在疫情突发和数字发展的碰撞下成为全社会重点关注的对象。本文具体探究了新冠肺炎疫情事件中老年群体在信息接收前、中、后先后面临的“三重困境”,从多方主体进行剖析,提出对应的弥合路径,以期助力人口老龄化、社会数字化和疫情常态化的共生发展。

While China’s demographic structure is getting older,its digital life is getting new.In this context,the digital divide among the elderly caused by access difference,use difference and knowledge difference is becoming increasingly prominent.Especially in public health emergencies,the elderly,as a“digital vulnerable group”with insufficient media literacy in social groups,have become the focus of the whole society under the collision of epidemic outbreak and digital development.This paper specifically explores the“triple dilemma”that middle-aged and elderly groups are facing before,during and after receiving information from COVID-19,analyzing it from multiple subjects,and proposing corresponding approaches to solve it,in order to realize the symbiotic development of population aging,social digitization and epidemic normalization.
