一种快速、高效提取多种样品DNA的方法

A rapid and efficient method for DNA extraction from a variety of samples

摘要 "DNA的提取和鉴定"是高中生物学课程中的重要实验之一,基于学生提出的问题,笔者引导学生对DNA提取方法进行文献梳理和实验优化,探索出了一种快速、高效提取DNA的方法,该方法适用范围广,可以有效提取动物组织、植物组织、土壤微生物、粪便等材料的DNA,该探究活动激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生总结归纳能力、创新思维和实验探究能力.
