镍基高温合金的应用与发展前景

摘要 镍基高温合金在整个高温合金领域占有特殊重要的地位,在接近熔点的温度下,具有优异的力学性能,良好的抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能,良好的抗变和疲劳性能。它广泛地用来制造航空发动机、工业燃气轮机等热端部件,发挥着独特的作用。本文分别介绍了涡轮叶片用单晶高温合金和涡轮盘用高温合金的成分、工艺特点和选材的指导原则,并对镍基高温合金的技术发展进行了展望。 Nickel-based Superalloy takes a significant position in the field of superalloy.At the temperature close to the melting point,it has excellent mechanical properties,good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance,good creep resistance and fatigue resistance.It is widely used to manufacture the very hottest sections of aeroengine and industrial gas turbine,playing a unique role.In this paper,the composition,process characteristics and guidelines of material selection of single-crystal superalloy for turbine blade and superalloy for turbine disc are introduced,and projections are made about thefuture of Nickel-based superalloytechnology.
