电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定金属铬中的杂质锌元素

Determination of Impurity Zinc in Chromium by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry

摘要 金属铬作为冶炼713C合金的一种重要原材料,其锌元素含量的严格控制和准确分析至关重要。但目前没有国家标准测定金属铬中的锌元素含量。本文以酸溶法对金属铬样品进行前处理,在仪器最佳工作条件下,采用Zn206.200nm为分析谱线,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对原材料金属铬中锌元素含量进行分析研究。采用高纯铬进行基体匹配,校正曲线的线性方程为y=1950.5x-12.112,线性回归方程系数为0.9994,方法检出限为0.00027%,定量限为0.0009%,获得两次独立测试结果不大于重复性限0.00022%,样品加标回收率为92.0~103.0%,符合标准对正确度和精密度的要求。该分析结果准确稳定,重现性好,可测定金属铬中杂质锌元素。 As an important raw material for smelting 713C alloy,it is very important to strictly control and accurately analyze the zinc content of chromium metal.But at present there is no national standard to determine zinc content in metal chromium.In this paper,the metal chromium samples were pretreated by acid solution method.Under the best working conditions of the instrument,Zn 206.200 nm was used as the analysis line,and the content of zinc element in the raw material metal chromium was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The linear equation of calibration curve is y=1950.5x-12.112,the coeffcient of linear regression equation is 0.9989%,the detection limit of the method is 0.00027%,the limit of quantification is 0.0009%,and the results of two independent tests are not greater than the repeatability limit of 0.0022%.The recoveries were 92.0~103.0%,which met the requirement of accuracy and precision.The results are accurate,stable and reproducible,and can be used to determine zinc in chromium.
