响应面法优化沙棘籽油微胶囊制备工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的优化沙棘籽油微胶囊制备工艺。方法以包埋率为评价指标,选择均质压力、进风温度、进样速率3个因素,采用Box-Behnken方法设计因素、水平,通过响应面分析法确定沙棘籽油微胶囊制备工艺最佳条件。结果沙棘籽油微胶囊最佳制备工艺为:均质压力34.8MPa、进风温度174℃、进样速率17m L/min,包埋率平均值为93.25%,与预测值93.59%接近,响应面实验模型可靠性高。结论经最优工艺制备出的沙棘籽油微胶囊可以有效阻隔沙棘籽油与空气的接触,提升沙棘籽油的氧化稳定性,可为改善沙棘籽油加工稳定性提供参考。 Objective To optimize the preparation process of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil microcapsules.Methods In this study,the entrapment rate was used as the evaluation index,and the 3 factors of homogenization pressure,inlet air temperature and sample injection rate were selected,and the Box-Behnken method was used to design the experimental factors and experimental levels.The optimal conditions for the preparation of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil microcapsules were determined by response surface methodology.Results The results showed that the optimal preparation process of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil microcapsules was as follows:The homogenization pressure was 34.8 MPa,the inlet air temperature was 174℃,and the injection rate was 17 mL/min.The average value of embedding rate was 93.25%,which was close to the predicted value of 93.59%,and the response surface test model was highly reliable.Conclusion The Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil microcapsules prepared by the optimal process can effectively block the contact between Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil and air and enhance the oxidative stability of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil,which can provide a reference for improving the processing stability of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seed oil.
