摘要
当今世界各国高等学校普遍面临着如何协调教学与科研之间关系的难题。从教学与科研关系演变的历程来看,“重教学轻科研”与“重科研轻教学”的现象在各国高等教育发展过程中一直交替存在。产生这种现象的主要原因在于我们没有能够正确理解高等学校的本质,从而偏离了高等学校发展的原本轨道。在现代高等学校人才培养过程中,既不存在“无教学的科研”,也不存在“无科研的教学”,教学与科研紧密结合、融为一体、协同发展是高等学校健康可持续发展的基本规律。
Nowadays,universities all over the world face a common problem—how to coordinate the relationship between teaching and scientific research.From the perspective of the evolution of the relationship between teaching and scientific research,the phenomenon of“stressing teaching over scientific research”and“stressing scientific research over teaching”has been alternately existed in the development of higher education in various countries.The main reason for this phenomenon lies in that we have misunderstood the essence of higher education,thus deviating from the original track of the development of higher education.There is neither“scientific research without teaching”nor“teaching without scientific research”in the process of talent cultivation in modern universities.It is the basic law of healthy and sustainable development of universities that teaching and scientific research should be closely combined,integrated and coordinated.
