摘要 以水性丙烯酸树脂为基体树脂,搭配交联剂氨基树脂,选用合适的助溶剂和助剂,制备了一种新型的高性能低温水性丙烯酸电镀光油.探究了氨基树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂和各类助剂的种类或用量对漆膜性能的影响,并和市面上常用的高温水性电镀光油进行性能对比.结果表明:该电镀光油在110℃下即可快速交联固化,其漆膜的硬度、光泽、通透性、耐盐雾性、附着力等综合性能优异,并达到了高温水性电镀光油的性能. A new high-performance low temperature waterborne acrylic electroplating varnish was prepared with waterborne acrylic resin as the base resin,together with crosslinking agent amino resin.The effects of the type and amount of silane coupling agent and waterborne acrylic resin on the paint film properties were investigated,and compared with high temperature waterborne electroplating varnish in the market.The results showed that the electroplating varnish could be quickly crosslinked and cured at 110℃,it had excellent overall performance such as hardness,gloss,permeability,salt spray resistance and adhesion,and could reach the performance of high-temperature aqueous electroplating varnish.
