基于自主可控背景下的某型DC/DC变换器研制技术浅谈

摘要 电源供电系统的自主可控是目前非常热门的一个研究方向,随着电子产品向轻、薄、短、小的方向发展,相应的对电源的功率密度的要求也越来越高,开发高功率密度电源的要求也是非常迫切,某型DC/DC电源变换器模块在小体积、通用性等方面都较为优异,具有超宽范围输入电压,同时能够保持非常稳定的状态和较高的精度,模块最大占空比达到70%左右。在外形、结构、电气特性和可靠性等方面均超过了同类产品的技术要求和使用要求,在多个领域都可以灵活使用。 the self-control of power supply system is a very popular research direction at present.At the same time,electronic products are developing in the direction of light,thin,short and small,and the corresponding requirements for the power density of the power supply are becoming higher and higher.It is also very urgent to develop a power supply with high power density.A certain dc/dc power converter module is excellent in small size,versatility and other aspects,and has an ultra wide range of input voltage,At the same time,it can maintain a very stable state and high accuracy,and the maximum duty cycle of the module reaches about 70%.Its appearance,structure,electrical characteristics and reliability are very good or exceed the technical requirements and use requirements of similar products,and it can be used flexibly in many fields.
