摘要
为解决某发动机机油泵相连的吸油盘断裂脱落的故障,提升零部件的可靠性,本文从结构设计和制造工艺两个角度分析吸油盘的薄弱环节。吸油盘结构优化采取将吸油盘钎焊工艺调整为激光焊接和在吸油盘滤网壳底部增加加强筋设计并进行有限元仿真分析的优化措施。优化后的吸油盘样件经受了拔脱力试验、振动试验、发动机台架耐久试验等测试考核,试验结果表明优化后的吸油盘能有效地改善了关键部位的受力,成功解决了吸油盘脱落问题。
In order to solve the fracture and falling off of the oil suction pan connected to the oil pump of an engine and improve the reliability of parts,this paper analyzes the weak links of the oil suction pan from the perspectives of structural design and manufacturing technology.In order to optimize the structure of oil suction pan,the brazing process of oil suction pan was changed to laser welding and the reinforcement was designed at the bottom of the filter shell of oil suction pan and the finite element simulation analysis was carried out.The optimized oil suction pan sample has been tested by pull-out force test and vibration test.The test results show that the optimized oil suction pan can effectively improve the stress of key parts and successfully solve the problem of oil suction pan falling off.
