肺结核合并糖尿病研究进展

Research progress of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus

肺结核和糖尿病两者常合并存在、相互影响。世界卫生组织结核病报告显示,中国在全球结核病高负担国家中位列第二,糖尿病患病率位居世界第一。近年来,随着全球糖尿病发病率逐年上升以及对结核病控制的潜在影响,肺结核和糖尿病的共同流行受到全世界的广泛关注。本文就肺结核合并糖尿病的流行概况、危险因素、发病机制以及防控策略等方面进行综述,以期对结核病合并糖尿病防控提供参考依据。结合国家基本公共卫生服务规范,建议每年在辖区管理的糖尿病患者季度随访中,积极落实结核病症状筛查工作。同时,建议在结核病治疗过程中定期随访患者空腹血糖变化情况,及时控制患者血糖,以期能有更好的结核病治疗转归。

Pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus often coexist and interact with each other. According to the World Health Organization′s tuberculosis report, China ranks second among countries with a high burden of tuberculosis in the world,and the prevalence of diabetes ranks first in the world. In recent years, the co-epidemic of tuberculosis and diabetes has attracted worldwide attention. This paper reviews the prevalence, risk factors, pathogenesis and control strategies of tuberculosis complicate with diabetes mellitus, with a view to providing a reference for the prevention and control of tuberculosis complicate with diabetes mellitus. Combined with the national basic public health service standards, it is recommended to actively implement the screening of tuberculosis symptoms in the quarterly follow-up of diabetic patients under the jurisdiction. At the same time, it is also recommended to regularly follow up the changes of fasting blood glucose in patients during the treatment of tuberculosis, and control the blood sugar of patients in a timely manner with a view to better outcome of tuberculosis treatment.
