民用航空器客舱空气循环风扇失效故障剖析

摘要 现代民用客机在12000米高速飞行,空调系统为旅客提供舒适的生存环境,同时也增加了燃油的快速消耗;为了降低航空公司的运营成本,航空器制造厂商在设计空调系统的同时加入了客舱空气循环风扇系统。以剖析客舱空气循环风扇失效为例,从客舱空气循环风扇系统的基本工作原理,分析了客舱空气循环风扇系统部件的功能,根据故障隔离程序结合系统的工作原理对系统故障进行深入剖析。 Modern civil aircraft fly with a high speed at the altitude of about 12,000 meters,the air-conditioning systems providing comfortable environment for passengers yet also increasing the rapid fuel consumption.To reduce the operating cost of airlines,aircraft manufacturers add cabin air circulating fan system while designing the air-conditioning system.The case of failed cabin air circulation fan is studied,the functions of the components of cabin air circulation fan system being analyzed and in-depth exploration being made based on fault isolation procedure and the working principle of the system.
