温湿度控制在航化品存放柜中的应用研究

摘要 航化品作为维护、维修航空器工作的消耗类航材,是保障航空器安全运行的基础。加强航化品科学合理存放对提高通航维修企业经济效益具有重要实际意义。本次设计针对通航维修中经常使用的航化品存放特点,设计了一款温湿度可自动调节的航化品存放柜控制系统。该系统由温湿度传感器对柜内的温湿度实施采集,51单片机对采集的数据进行分析后控制加热、加湿、通风装置工作,将柜内温湿度维持在适宜航化品存放的范围。 As the consumable materials for maintenance and repair,aerochemical products are the basis for ensuring the safe operation of aircraft.The scientific and reasonable storage of aerochemical products is of great practical significance to improving the economic performance for general aviation maintenance enterprises.The storage cabinet control system is designed based on the storage characteristic of commonly used aerochemical products and it can adjust temperature and humidity by itself.This system collects the temperature and humidity of the cabinet through temperature and humidity sensor module.51 MCU analyzes the collected data and control heating,humidification and ventilation devices to maintain the temperature and humidity within the range that suits the storage of aerochemical products.
