磁浮车辆内装材料选用初步研究

摘要 为提高磁浮车辆内装质量,整理多种内装材料,按其标准、性能、工艺、应用等进行分类归纳。总结出内装材料的选用原则,并强调磁浮内装要以轻量化为关键选材原则。以此原则,按不同部位研究其材料的选用方法,应用到所研制的样车上:面罩、客室内装大件等采用碳纤维泡沫夹芯复材,侧窗选用PC与玻璃相结合的方案,相对于传统内装其总计减重467.3kg,效果较明显。在关键承载件上选用了新材料、新技术,为保证安全性,通过模拟分析、样件试验、整车路试的方式,验证其强度、刚度等符合各成品的标准要求。 In order to improve the interior decoration quality of maglev vehicles,various interior decoration materials are sorted out and summarized according to their standards,performance,process and application.The selection principles of interior decoration materials are summarized,and it is emphasized that lightweight should be the key material selection principle.The material selection method is studied according to different parts and then applied to the developed sample vehicle.The carbon fiber foam sandwich composite is used for the mask and large parts in the passenger compartment,and the combination of PC with glass is used for the side window.The total weight is reduced by 467.3kg compared with traditional decoration,the effect being obvious.New materials and technologies are adopted for key bearing parts.In order to ensure safety,the strength and stiffness shall be verified to meet the standard requirements of each finished product through simulation analysis,sample test and vehicle road test.
