摘要
根据智能分拣生产线的工作流程和控制要求,提出了基于工业视觉、工业机器人、总控PLC和HMI的智能解决方案。通过工业视觉实时检测出物料的颜色、形状和位置信息,机器人依据物料的位置信息完成精准取料任务,PLC依据物料颜色和形状信息调度机器人将物料分拣至指定仓位。结论实践证明,该智能分拣生产线能够高效、稳定运行,可为企业的自动化水平提升提供参考。
According to the workflow and control requirements of intelligent sorting production line,an intelligent solution based on industrial vision,industrial robot,general control PLC and HMI is proposed.Industrial vision can detect the color,shape and position information of materials in real time.The robot completes the accurate picking task according to the position information of the materials,and the PLC schedules the robot to sort the materials to the designated bin according to the color and shape information of the materials.It is proved through practice that the intelligent sorting production line can operate efficiently and stably,which can provide reference for the improvement of automation level of enterprises.
