摘要
以Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O为硅源,以NH_(4) VO_(3)为钒源,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了含VO_(3)-的聚硅酸水凝胶。所得水凝胶在100℃干燥5 h,再经600℃高温煅烧3 h,得到V_(2)O_(5)/SiO_(2)复合材料。V_(2)O_(5)/SiO_(2)复合材料的官能团和表面形态分别用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜进行了表征。
The Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)Owas employed as silicon sourse,and NH_(4)VO_(3) was used as vanadium source tOgive the polysilicic acid gel which contains VO_(3)-ions via sol-gel method.The gel was heated at the temperature of 100℃for 5 h,then calcined in air at 600℃for 3 h,and the V_(2)O_(5)/SiO_(2) composite was obtained.The functional groups and surface morphology of V_(2)O_(5)/SiO_(2) composite material were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.
