停运机组凝汽器不锈钢管泄露原因分析及预防措施

摘要 结合电厂凝汽器不锈钢管经长期停运后发生泄漏问题,通过对腐蚀部位形貌、循环水水质情况,腐蚀产物等的分析,得出凝汽器不锈钢管泄漏的原因并提出有效的防范措施。 According tOthe case of stainless steel tubes leakage of condenser of a power plant during the unit lay-up,the reasons for the stainless steel tubes leakage of condenser re presented by the morphology of corrosion parts,the water quality for circulating cooling water,the analysis of corrosion products and sOon.The concrete measures tOprevent the leakage of condenser are put forward.
