汽轮机油低氧化安定性的改善性研究

摘要 对某电厂一台运行机组汽轮机油低氧化安定性问题进行了改善性研究。分析了抗氧化剂T501的添加量和活性白土再生处理对汽轮机油氧化安定性的影响。结果表明,用1.0%活性白土再生处理后再添加T501抗氧化剂,旋转氧弹值随着T501添加量增加油品显著增长,是未经过再生处理的油品的两倍,有效地提高油品的氧化安定性,改善了汽轮机油油质质量。 The low oxidation stability of turbine oil in a power plant was studied.The effects of addition of antioxidant T501 and reprocessing of activated white soil on oxidation stability of turbine oil were analyzed.Results show that the rotating bomb values increase with the significant increase of the addition amount of T501 and is twice without regeneration processing after the turbine oil was treated with 1.0%activated clay regeneration and then added T501 antioxidant.It effectively improves the oxidation stability and oil quality of turbine oil.
