超细石蜡乳液SMN-1的评价与应用

摘要 采用酸性环境下的转相乳化法制备了一种钻井液用石蜡乳液SMN-1。借助透射电镜(TEM)表征了石蜡乳液SMN-1的微观形貌,并对其热稳定性、存放稳定性、粒度分布、流变性和润滑性进行了评价。结果表明,石蜡乳液SMN-1的液滴形状近似球状;经80℃静置6h、-30℃静置6 h或常温静置12个月后,石蜡乳液SMN-1的平均粒径分别为142,154和166 nm,外观上未出现分层或破乳现象,分散稳定性良好。120℃老化16h前后,石蜡乳液SMN-1对钻井液的流变性影响较小,且能够显著降低滤失量;当石蜡乳液SMN-1的加量为1.0%时,其润滑系数降低率为77.5%,粘附系数降低率为78.8%。在胜利油田滨425-X142井和塔河油田SHB1-4H井应用中,石蜡乳液SMN-1表现出良好的配伍性、润滑性和滤失性,保证了全井的顺利施工,具有良好的市场推广价值。 Paraffin emulsion SMN-1 was preparation by phase inversion emulsification process under acidic condition.The micro-morphological feature was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),and the thermal performances,depositing stabilities,size distribution,rheological behaviors and filtration properties were evaluated individually.The results showed that,the droplet of SMN-1 approximate tOsphericity.The average diameter of SMN-1 were 142,154 and 166 nm after standing for 6h at 80℃or-30℃,or 12 months at standard temperature condition separately.Delamination and dimulsification did not present,which contradicted that the SMN-1 have excellent distribution stability.The SMN-1 had little influence on rheological behaviors and reduced filtrate volume of drilling fluid significantly before or after thermal aged at 120℃for 16h.When the mass concentration of SMN-1 was 1.0%,the reduction rates of lubricating and adhering coefficient were 77.5%and 78.8%.In the field application on Bin425-X142 well in Shengli Oilfield and SHB1-4H well in Tahe Oilfield.The SMN-1 showed good compatibility,lubrication and filtration in drilling fluid,and ensured the process of drilling construction,and had a good market value.
