石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料研究进展

摘要 石墨烯因其独特的结构和优异的特性而被广泛关注。研究人员通过对石墨烯修饰或者改性等手段来丰富其表面物理化学性质及其衍生物的种类,并探索其在高端或精密设备上的应用。其中碳纳米管可以看作是石墨烯沿特定方向卷曲而成,也是一类具有广阔前景的碳材料。对于石墨烯或碳纳米管,其制备方法和机械特性是很重要的影响因素。因此总结了石墨烯/碳纳米管的最新进展,并讨论了石墨烯/碳纳米管在不同条件下,从分子动力学模拟中获得的机械性能。 Graphene with unique structures and fascinating physical or chemical properties has drawn much attention in many fields.A tremendous number of researches have been devoted tOmanipulate or modify the properties of graphene in order tOenrich its surface physical or chemical properties and kind of its derivatives,and alsOtOexplore its application in high-end or precision equipment.Carbon nanotube is a kind of carbon material with a great future,which can be considered as graphene curled in a certain direction.In addition,the synthesis method and mechanical properties of graphene or carbon nanotube are important influencing factors.Therefore,this paper reviewed the recent progress of graphene and carbon nanotube,and discussed the mechanical properties obtained by molecular dynamics simulations under various conditions.
