摘要
采用逐级溶液萃取的方法结合X-射线粉末衍射技术(XRD)研究了准东煤中钙的赋存形态,利用马弗炉和XRD表征手段研究了准东煤中的钙在燃烧过程中的演变规律。结果表明:准东煤中的钙主要以可溶于水的无机盐形态、可溶于乙酸铵溶液的与煤中有机质结合的钙和不溶于盐酸的硅铝酸盐形态存在,水溶的无机盐形态的钙以CaSO_(4)×2H_(2)O的形式存在于煤中。在准东煤燃烧过程中,含钙化合物在700℃时主要转变为CaSO_(4),900℃时CaSO_(4)发生分解。
The occurrence modes of calcium in Zhundong coal were investigated using solvent extraction separation step by step combined with X-ray powder diffraction technology(XRD).And the evolution of calcium in Zhundong coal during combustion was alsOstudied with a muffle combined with XRD pattern.The results show that the calcium in Zhundong coal mainly exists in the form of water soluble inorganic salt,ammonium acetate soluble calcium bonded with the organic matrix of coal,and hydrochloric acid insoluble calcium aluminosilicate.The water soluble calcium exists in coal in the form of CaSO_(4)×2H_(2)O.The calcium in Zhundong coal transforms intOCaSO_(4) at 700℃and CaSO_(4) decomposes at 900℃duringcombustion.
