Design and Study on Deployment Performance of Curtain Airbag in A-pillar Area

配置侧气帘是一种有效提升车辆侧面安全性能的方法。基于某乘用车型研究了A柱区域侧气帘展开性能的主要影响因素。结果表明:拉带导向支架的设计方案是影响A柱区域侧气帘展开性能的主要因素,而侧气帘模块的设计则是次要因素。本文研究的拉带导向支架及侧气帘模块的设计方案对后续产品设计及行业进一步研究具有一定的参考作用。

Configuring curtain airbag(CAB)is an effective method to improve the side safety performance of vehicles.The main factors affecting the deployment performance of the CAB in the A-pillar area were studied based on a passenger car.The results show that the design scheme of the CAB belt guide bracket is the main factor affecting the deployment performance of the CAB in the A-pillar area, and the design of the CAB module is the secondary factor.The design schemes of the belt guide bracket and the CAB module studied have a certain reference for subsequent product design and further research in the area.
