摘要
某车型匹配AMT变速箱,在冬季试验时出现离合器无法分离问题,分析了离合器执行机构的构造、原理以及控制策略,并从软件和硬件两方面进行针对性优化。结果表明:优化后的离合器执行机构提升了低温下的控制准确性以及降低了低温下的阻尼,AMT离合器执行机构低温性能有了很大提升,达到了项目的目标,为此类AMT离合执行机构提供了设计参考。
A vehicle model was matched with AMT gearbox, and the clutch couldn’t be separated during the winter test.The structure, principle and control strategy of the clutch actuator were analyzed, and targeted optimization was carried out from the two aspects of software and hardware.The results show that the optimized clutch actuator improves the control accuracy and reduces the damping at low temperature, and the low temperature performance of AMT clutch actuator is greatly improved, which achieves the goal of the project, and provides a design reference for this kind of AMT clutch actuator.
