摘要
本文在C-NCAP、Euro NCAP、ASEAN NCAP和FMVSS226的基础上,对侧气帘评价相关内容进行了总结和梳理。针对2021版C-NCAP中最新引入的保压性能测试做出了详细说明,并结合实测数据,对气帘气压随时间变化曲线进行了深入探讨分析。结果表明:气帘气压衰减曲线形式上与指数函数曲线更为接近;气压衰减速率随时间增长逐渐减小,气压衰减速率曲线接近对数函数形式。2021版C-NCAP已经形成一套包含静态尺寸、展开形态、动态保护和保压测试四位一体的侧面气帘评价方法,对侧气帘性能的检测更加完整。
Based on C-NCAP,Euro NCAP,ASEAN NCAP and FMVSS226,the relevant contents of the side airbag curtain evaluation were summarized and combed.The newly introduced pressure holding performance test in 2021 version of C-NCAP was described in detail, and combined with the measured data, the variation curve of air curtain pressure over time was deeply discussed and analyzed.The result shows that the air curtain pressure attenuation curve is closer to the exponential function curve in form.The pressure decay rate decreases gradually with time, and the pressure decay rate curve is close to the logarithmic function form.The 2021 version of C-NCAP has formed a set of side airbag curtain evaluation methods including static size, deployment shape, dynamic protection and pressure maintaining test, which makes the detection of side airbag curtain performance more complete.
