商用车行车制动响应时间和释放时间的测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 商用车辆和挂车一般采用的是气压制动系统,核心部件为制动气室,其响应时间和释放时间作为重要的参数用来评价该系统的优劣,可有效反映行车制动的安全性。本文基于GB 12676—2014、GB 7258—2017和JT/T 1178.2—2019,选取某载货汽车和半挂车作为测试对象,进行了制动响应时间和释放时间测试,详细地阐述了测试过程及数据处理方法。测试结果表明:所选试验样车的行车制动响应时间和释放时间均符合标准法规的要求,可指导商用车辆和挂车的法规认证及企业的自主研发。 Commercial vehicles and trailers generally use pneumatic braking system, and the core component is the brake chamber.Its response time and release time are used as important parameter to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the system, which can effectively reflect the safety of service braking.Based on GB 12676—2014,GB 7258—2017 and JT/T 1178.2—2019,a truck and semi-trailer were selected as the test object, the braking response time and release time were test, and the test process and data processing method were expounded in detail.The test results show that the service braking response time and release time of the selected test sample vehicle meet the requirements of standards and regulations, which can guide the regulatory certification of commercial vehicles and trailers and the independent research and development of enterprises.
