中药芎桂膏穴位贴敷辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Xionggui ointment on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:分析探讨中药芎桂膏穴位贴敷辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞)痛的临床疗效。方法:选取冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者60例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,将两组患者治疗后的肝功(ALT、AST)、肾功能(BUN、Cr)与每周心绞痛发生频率进行对比。结果:将两组患者治疗前后的肝功能与肾功能水平进行比较发现,分析后未发现有指标明显异常,均在正常范围内,两组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组患者的心绞痛发生频率,观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数为(3.12±1.21)/周,持续时间为(1.67±1.84)min;对照组患者的心绞痛发作次数为(7.26±2.82)/周,持续时间为(4.86±1.95)min,观察组患者的各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采取中药芎桂膏穴位贴敷辅助治疗,可以通过药物贴敷于特定穴位上而扩张血管,达到调节整体的效果,可以有效减少患者的心肌耗氧量,增加冠状动脉血流量,从而改善血液循环,增强心脏功能,值得推广与应用于冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床治疗中。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xionggui ointment acupoint application in the treatment of stable heart twisting pain of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(BUN,Cr)and the frequency of angina pectoris were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The liver function and renal function levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and no significant abnormalities were found after analysis,both within the normal range,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was(3.12±1.21)/week and the duration of angina pectoris was(1.67±1.84)min.The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the control group were(7.26±2.82)/week and(4.86±1.95)min,and all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,xionggui ointment acupoint application can be applied to specific points to dilate blood vessels and regulate the overall effect.It can effectively reduce the cardiac oxygen consumption of patients,increase coronary blood flow,thereby improving blood circulation and enhancing heart function.It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
