在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中实施临床护理路径的价值评价

Evaluation of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法:2018年1月至2019年12月腹腔镜胆囊切除术160患者随机分为常规护理及临床路径组各80例,分别实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术常规护理及临床护理路径护理。结果:护理路径组手术时间(64.33±5.26)min、肛门恢复排气(17.33±4.23)h、首次进食(20.67±3.78)h、下床活动(26.31±5.75)h低于于常规护理组的(71.03±6.32)min、(25.26±5.36)h、(27.28±4.0)h、(34.34±6.54)h(P<0.05);护理路径组掌握疾病及腹腔镜治疗知识掌握情况91.25%、护理配合依从性好96.25%、护理满意98.75%高于常规护理组的76.25%、85.00%、88.75%(P<0.05);并发症低常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊摘除术中可有效降低并发症,提高患者满意度和恢复速度,效果显著,值得应用。

Objective:To explore application value of nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy Method:160 patients were divided into routine nursing and clinical pathway group(n=80),routine nursing and clinical nursing pathway nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were implemented respectively.Result:The operation time of nursing pathway group was(64.33±5.26)min.The anus recovered to exhaust was(17.33±4.23)h.The first eating time(20.67±3.78)h.The activity of getting out of bed(26.31±5.75)h,lower than routine nursing group(71.03±6.32)min,(25.26±5.36)h,(27.28±4.0)h,(34.34±6.54)h(P<0.05).knowledge of diseases and laparoscopic treatment in the nursing pathway group 91.25%.compliance of nursing cooperation 96.25%,nursing satisfaction 98.75%higher than routine group 76.25%,85.00%,88.75%(P<0.05),complications lower than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing pathway can effectively reduce complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve patient satisfaction and recovery speed.The effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and practice.
