摘要 针对供水服务商(WSSC)泵站分散性较强的特点,提出一种WSSC与多个微电网分布式能量共享策略。首先,对所建立的WSSC运行优化模型进行凸化处理,考虑到WSSC与各微电网信息隐私性问题,以WSSC与多微电网综合运行成本最小为目标,建立了基于Benders分解的WSSC与多微电网分布式能量共享模型;随后,采用Shapley值对WSSC与多微电网合作运行的收益进行分配。仿真结果表明,通过WSSC供水系统中泵站、水的调节构筑物与微电网中需求侧资源协调配合,可以有效降低WSSC与各微电网的综合运行成本。 According to the strong dispersion of pumping stations in water supply service company(WSSC),the paper propose a distributed energy sharing strategy between WSSC and multiple-microgrid.Firstly,the proposed WSSC operation optimization model is convexized.On this basis,considering the information privacy of WSSC and each microgrid,a distributed energy sharing model between WSSC and multiple-microgrid based on Benders decomposition is established with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive operation cost of WSSC and multi-microgrid.Then the Shapley value is used to distribute the benefits of the cooperative operation of WSSC and multiple-microgrid.The simulation results show that the comprehensive operation cost of WSSC and each microgrid can be effectively reduced through the coordination of pump stations and water regulating structures in the WSSC water supply system with the demand-side resources in the microgrid.
