塔河油田缝洞型油藏封堵气窜树脂泡沫体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 塔河油田缝洞型油藏储集空间多样,连通关系复杂,气驱提高采收率时气窜严重。由于塔河油田缝洞尺寸较大,常规泡沫、冻胶等封窜体系不能满足封堵气窜要求。基于树脂高强度封堵、泡沫充填于流动性好的特性,研究了树脂泡沫体系。考虑树脂泡沫体系与缝洞壁面的结合度,通过优选树脂种类、起泡剂、稳泡剂、固化剂与偶联剂,确定了树脂泡沫体系的配方。对树脂泡沫体系性能进行了评价,树脂泡沫体系泡沫均匀,固结后泡沫为密闭孔;表观密度0.64 g/cm^(3);耐温可达130℃;耐高盐、高酸、高碱、煤油等介质性好;封堵气窜强度>10 MPa,明显优于三相泡沫与冻胶体系。树脂泡沫体系具有的低密度、密闭孔、耐高温、耐高盐、封堵强度大等特点,可以满足塔河油田缝洞型油藏封堵气窜的要求,特别是对于储集体上部气窜的封堵。 The fractured-vuggy reservoir in Tahe Oilfield has diverse storage spaces and complex connectivity.Gas channeling is severe when gas flooding is used to enhanced EOR.Due to the large fracture-cave size in Tahe Oilfield,conventional plugging systems such as conventional foam and gel cannot be satisfied.Considering the degree of adhesion between the resin foam system and the fracture wall surface,the formulation of the resin foam system was determined by optimizing the resin type,foaming agent,foam stabilizer,curing agent and coupling agent.The performance of the resin foam system was evaluated.The foam of the resin foam system was uniform,and the foam was closed cells after consolidation;the apparent density was 0.64 g/cm^(3);the temperature resistance reached 130℃;it has good resistance to high salt,high acid,high alkali and kerosene;the plugging gas channeling strength is>10 MPa,which is obviously better than the three-phase foam and gel system.The resin foam system has the characteristics of low density,closed pores,high temperature resistance,high salt resistance,and high plugging strength,which can meet the requirements for plugging gas channeling in fracture-vuggy reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield,especially for plugging gas channeling in the upper part of the reservoir.
