摘要
以液体橡胶、聚醋酸乙烯酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为增塑剂,将其分别用于SBS改性乳化沥青及其薄层罩面的制备,通过测试SBS改性乳化沥青的延度、蠕变劲度模量和蠕变速率,研究了增塑剂的种类和用量对SBS改性乳化沥青低温抗裂性能的影响;通过测试SBS改性乳化沥青薄层罩面的低温破坏应变和低温弯拉强度,研究了增塑剂的种类和用量对SBS改性乳化沥青薄层罩面低温抗裂性能的影响。研究结果表明,三种增塑剂均可改善SBS改性乳化沥青及其薄层罩面的低温抗裂性能,增塑剂对SBS乳化沥青及薄层罩面的低温抗裂性能的改善效果具有较好的关联性,聚醋酸乙烯酯对SBS改性乳化沥青及其薄层罩面低温抗裂性能的改善效果优于另外液体橡胶和催化裂化油浆。
Liquid rubber,polyvinyl acetate and dibutyl phthalate were used as plasticizers to prepare SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its thin-layer cover respectively.By testing the ductility,creep stiffness modulus and creep rate of SBS modified emulsified asphalt,the influence of the type and proportion of plasticizers on the low-temperature crack resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt was studied.The low-temperature failure strain and low-temperature bending tensile strength of emulsified asphalt overlay were tested to study the influence of the type and proportion of plasticizer on its low-temperature crack resistance.The results show that three kinds of plasticizers can improve the low-temperature crack resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its thin-layer cover.The plasticizer has a close correlation with the improvement of the low-temperature crack resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its thin-layer cover.The improvement effect of polyvinyl acetate on the low-temperature crack resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its thin-layer cover is better than that of liquid rubber and catalytic cracking slurry.
