摘要
根据脱硫废水在低温烟气蒸发浓缩过程中溶解盐的主要成分及其相变特点,将脱硫废水简化为Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)∥Cl^(-)、SO^(2-)_(4)-H_(2)O四元盐水体系,通过模拟蒸发浓缩实验,测定该体系的非平衡相图,与平衡相图对比分析表明,固相种类、相区大小、位置都发生不同程度的变化。
According to the main components of dissolved salts and the phase transition characteristics of the desulfurization wastewater during the low-temperature flue gas evaporation and concentration process,the desulfurization wastewater was simplified into a quaternary brine system of Na^(+),Mg^(2+)∥Cl^(-),SO^(2-)_(4)-H_(2)O.The non-equilibrium phase diagram of this system was measured.A comparative analysis with the equilibrium phase diagram showed that the type of solid phase,the size of the phase region,and the position all changed to varying degrees.
