西安市生活垃圾全年热解炭化特性与焦炭傅里叶红外光谱表征研究

摘要 对西安市生活垃圾全年取样,通过12批次生活垃圾热解炭化和焦炭FTIR表征研究发现:西安市生活垃圾全年热解炭化率均值为30.27%,整体呈现第二、三季度高,第一、四季度低的特性;不同月份生活垃圾热解焦炭的FTIR表征特性相似,主要有羟基O-H、烷基C-Hn、羰基C=O、C-C双键、烃类C-H键、C-O键、芳烃类C-H键和烃类C-C键等特征峰,不同月份生活垃圾热解焦炭的FTIR表征特性的差异,主要由生活垃圾样品中各成分含量不均一造成的。 Pyrolysis carbonization and pyrolytic char FTIR(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)characterization were conducted for 12 batches of the municipal solid waste throughout the year in Xi’an.The results indicated that the average char yield of the municipal solid waste in Xi’an throughout the year was 30.27%.The overall performance was that the char yield of the second and third quarters was higher than the first and fourth quarters.The FTIR characterization characteristics of char in different months were similar,the characteristic peaks mainly contained the hydroxy O-H,alkyl C-Hn,carbonyl C=O,C=C double bond,hydrocarbon C-H bond,C-O bond,aromatic hydrocarbon C-H bond and hydrocarbon C-C bond.The different FTIR characterization characteristics of char in different months was mainly caused by the uneven content of each component in the municipal solid waste sample.
