摘要
近年来研究者们在高分散性Ni/SBA-15催化材料的制备和应用方面做了广泛研究,将Ni封装在介孔材料SBA-15中,既可以制备出高分散、小尺寸的纳米粒子,又可以利用孔道的限域作用阻碍Ni纳米粒子的高温聚集,从而延长催化剂的寿命。本篇综述总结了负载型催化剂Ni/SBA-15的制备方法及优缺点,并探讨了制备过程中载体、溶剂、焙烧气氛等影响因素对Ni纳米粒子分散性的影响,以及在甲烷二氧化碳重整反应中的应用。本文首次就SBA-15孔道中构筑的各种纳米限域空间效应做了较为详细的总结,为其他纳米催化材料的构筑提供新思路。
Nickel-containing catalysts have been applied widely in DRM due to their considerable catalytic activity and relative affordable cost,and the activity of catalysts highly relies on the dispersion of Ni species.This review retrospected the research progress of Ni/SBA-15 catalyst for dry reforming of CH_(4)(DRM)with CO_(2).The conventional synthesis techniques and strategies for improving the metal dispersion and the relationship between dispersion and catalytic activity are extensively reviewed.This review also discussed the influence of supports,solvent,calcination atmosphere and other influencing factors during the preparation process.Furthermore,it was summarized in detail for the first time that the various nanoscale confined effects were fabricated in the SBA-15 channel,and may open a new vision in designing nano-sized metal particles for various application.
