摘要 气相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定污水中18种多氯联苯有机污染物的含量。采用液液萃取法萃取污水样中的共平面多氯联苯,萃取液经脱水、浓缩、净化和定容后经气相色谱-质谱法分离和测定。18种多氯联苯有机污染物在0~100μg/L范围内其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限为1.4~2.2 ng/L,测定下限为5.6~8.8 ng/L。在2,10,20,100 ng/L等四个浓度水平下进行加标回收实验,回收率为90%~113%,精密度(RSD)1.61%~6.71%。 Simultaneous determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyl compoundsoil field in water by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The coplanar polychlorinated biphenyls in the water samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction.The extracts were separated and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after dehydration,concentration,purification and constant volume.The corresponding peak areas of 18 polychlorinated biphenyl compounds in 0~100μg/L were linear.The detection limit(3S/N)was 1.4~2.2 ng/L and the lower limit was 5.6~8.8 ng/L.The spiked recovery experiment was carried out at four concentration levels of 2,10,20,100 ng/L.The recovery was 90%~113%,and the precision(RSD)was 1.61%~6.71%.
