摘要
通过卤素水分仪和烘箱法测定了推进剂燃烧催化剂的水分含量,研究了影响卤素水分仪测定推进剂燃烧催化剂水分含量的因素,并与传统烘箱法进行了对比。结果表明,干燥时间对卤素水分仪测定推进剂燃烧催化剂水分含量影响较小,样品质量、干燥温度、质量损失率是影响卤素水分仪测定推进剂燃烧催化剂水分的重要因素;卤素水分仪测试结果与烘箱法结果基本一致,测量结果重复性好,试验相对标准偏差小,极大的缩短了检测时间。
The moisture content of combustion catalyst was determined by halogen moisture analyzer and oven method.The factors affecting the moisture content of combustion catalyst was studied.Results show that the drying time has little effect on the determination of moisture content in combustion catalyst by halogen moisture analyzer,and the sample quality,drying temperature and mass loss rate are important factors affecting the determination of moisture content in combustion catalyst by halogen moisture analyzer.The results of halogen moisture analyzer are basically the same as those of oven method.The measurement results have a good repeatability,the relative standard deviation of test is small,the detection time is greatly shortened.
