摘要
长宁页岩气开采过程中,气藏开发中后期,地层压力下降,压裂液的返出,井底积液,导致气井生产周期缩短,递减提前,甚至停产,采收率下降。重点介绍了车载式天然气压缩机排水采气技术在页岩气开采中的应用,通过压缩机气举排液技术,可使水淹停产井快速复活,同时结合压缩机的作业能力,从技术原理、主要设备、工艺流程、现场应用、气举效果分析等方面进行了阐述。车载压缩机气举排水采气技术具有工艺流程简单易操作、灵活适用性强、经济高效等优势。
During the exploitation of Changning shale gas,in the middle and end of gas reservoir development,formation pressure drop,flow back of the fracturing fluid,liquid loading,resulting in shortened production cycle of wells,decrement advance and recovery decline.This paper mainly introduces the application of drainage gas production technology of vehicle mounted natural gas compressor in shale gas production,use compressor gas lift drainage technology,can resurrection water flooded death wells quickly.At the same time,combined with the operation capacity of the compressor,the technical principle,main equipment,technological process,field application and gas lift effect analysis are described.Vehicle mounted compressor gas lift has the advantages of simple process flow,operation,flexibility,strong applicability,economic efficiency.
