有机胍杀菌剂的制备及在含硫化氢油气田的应用

Preparation of organoguanidine bactericide and its application in oil and gas fields containing hydrogen sulfide

以盐酸胍、己二胺、二乙烯三胺为原料,制备了有机胍杀菌剂SZ-58。研究了聚合反应条件对产物性质的影响,结果表明:盐酸胍:己二胺:二乙烯三胺物质量比为1∶1∶0.05,反应温度为160~180℃,反应时间6 h,SZ-58在加注量为50 mg/L,对SRB杀菌率达99.95%,粘泥剥离率为85.08%;在加注量为60 mg/L时,对SRB菌可完全杀灭,SZ-58杀菌及粘泥剥离效果明显优于其它常规杀菌剂。现场应用采取连续加药方式,SZ-58与现场水系统在用缓蚀剂、阻垢剂配伍性良好,在加注量为50 mg/L时,脱硫率100%,杀菌脱硫效果明显,完全满足现场需求。

The organic guanidine fungicide SZ-58 was prepared from guanidine hydrochloride,hexanediamine and diethylenetriamine.The results showed that the mass ratio of guanidine hydrochloride,hexanediamine and diethylenetriamine was 1∶1∶0.05,and the reaction temperature was 160~180℃,When the dosage of SZ-58 was 50mg/L,the sterilization rate of SRB was 99.95%and the stripping rate of slime was 85.08%.When the dosage of SZ-58 was 60mg/L,it could completely kill SRB,and the germicidal and slime stripping effects of SZ-58 were better than other conventional fungicides.SZ-58 has good compatibility with corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor in the field water system.When the dosage is 50 mg/L,the desulfurization rate is 100%,and the sterilization and desulfurization effect is obvious,which fully meets the field demand.
