摘要
针对某企业FCC余热锅炉省煤器出现的典型的硫酸露点腐蚀情况,详细分析了烟气硫酸露点原因及影响因素。结果表明,烟气中SO_(3)相对于SO_(2)的转化率为4.3%,烟气的SO_(3)的存在显著增加了烟气的露点温度高达80℃,在该工况下烟气的硫酸露点温度约为151.5℃,并提出了FCC余热锅炉省煤器烟气硫酸露点腐蚀的防护措施。
The H_(2)SO_(4)dew point in flue gas of HRSG in FCC and its influencing factors were analyzed in detail against the typical H_(2)SO_(4)dew point corrosion occurred in the economizer of X factory,which showed that the conversion of SO_(3)from SO_(2)in flue gas was 4.3%and the corresponding H_(2)SO_(4)dew point was 151.5℃that was around 80℃higher than without the presence of SO_(3).The anti-corrosion measures were proposed to restrain the H_(2)SO_(4)dew point and its corrosion threat to the economizer.
