一种海上油田挤注防垢剂的性能研究

摘要 针对海上油田常见的结垢类型,在水溶液中以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以丙烯酸(AA)、阳离子单体(E)和次磷酸钠(SHP)为功能单体研制出一种油田挤注防垢剂PAES。通过评价其防垢性能,将目标防垢剂和MS(油田防垢剂样品)进行了静态阻垢实验,结果表明防垢剂PAES在低用量时,对碳酸钙垢和硫酸钡垢均具有良好的防垢效果。通过静态吸附实验和动态岩心驱替实验,对比其在砂岩上的静态吸附性能和动态吸附解吸性能,结果表明防垢剂PAES具有较强的静态吸附能力,其饱和吸附量达到5.638 mg/g,在动态条件下的饱和吸附滞留量达到了10.75 mg/g,挤注寿命更长,因此具有更好的防垢性能和吸附滞留能力。 In the light of the common scaling types in offshore oilfield.Using the ammonium persulfate as initiator,acrylic acid(AA),cationic monomer(E)and sodium hypophosphite(SHP)were used as functional monomers to develop a kind of scale inhibitor for oilfield extrusion injection in the water.By evaluating its anti-scaling performance,Static scale inhibition experiments were carried out with target scale inhibitor and MS(oil field scale inhibitor sample).The results show that the scale inhibitor PAES has good anti-scaling effect on calcium carbonate scale and barium sulfate scale at low dosage.By dong the static adsorption experiment and dynamic core displacement experiment,Comparing static adsorption and dynamic adsorption-desorption properties on sandstone.The results show that PAES has strong static adsorption capacity and the saturated adsorption capacity reached 5.638 mg/g.The saturated adsorption retention reached 10.75 mg/g under dynamic conditions.It’s extrusion life is longer.Therefore,it has better anti-scaling performance and adsorption retention capacity.
