鄂尔多斯盆地致密气压裂液技术发展与认识

摘要 随着鄂尔多斯盆地天然气勘探开发不断深入,压裂液技术也取得了长足的发展,形成了以低浓度胍胶、EM50可回收系列及防水锁滑溜水为代表的主体压裂液,为提高单井产量提供了技术支撑。同时从降低储层伤害和提高工厂化效率角度出发,研发的阴离子表面活性剂、酸性压裂液、纳米滑溜水及可变粘滑溜水等特色技术也取得了一定进展,认为压裂液主体技术多元化,低成本、低伤害、可回收压裂液仍是未来发展的主要方向,尽快建立致密气藏储层伤害评价新方法。 With the exploration and development of natural gas in the Ordos Basin,the fracturing fluid technology has also made great progress in order to increase the output of single well,such as low-concentration hydroxypropyl guar gelled,EM50 recyclable fluid and waterproof lock slick water,and so on.Meanwhile,anionic surfactants,acidic fluids,nano-slick waters,and variable viscosity slick water fracturing fluids have been researched and prepared for reducing reservoir damage and improving factory efficiency.It is believed that the main technology of fracturing fluids is diversified.Low cost,low damage and recyclable fracturing fluid are the main directions of future development.A new method for damage evaluation of tight gas reservoirs should be established as soon as possible.
