摘要
在CO_(2)驱注气井中,CO_(2)对橡胶材料的腐蚀容易引起封隔器密封失效。为了了解橡胶材料在高含二氧化碳气液相环境中的腐蚀力学性能,研究了氟橡胶,四丙氟橡胶,丁腈橡胶和氢化丁腈橡胶4种材料在较大CO_(2)压力下的腐蚀实验,分析腐蚀前后橡胶力学性能的变化,结合SEM和V r实验,解释性能变化的原因。实验结果表明,4种材质的橡胶经过腐蚀后拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和硬度均有明显下降;氢化丁腈橡胶耐高压二氧化碳的性能较好,氟橡胶耐高压二氧化碳的性能较差。
In CO_(2)injection well,the corrosion of CO_(2)to rubber material can cause sealing failures.The corrosion resistance to high temperature and high pressure of FKM,FEPM,NBR and HNBR was investigated under the condition of high carbon dioxide,in order to obtain the mechanical properties of rubber materials in carbon dioxide gas or liquid environment.The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness of the four materials decreased significantly after corrosion,the HNBR had batter corrosion resistance to high pressure of carbon dioxide,while FKM exhibited poor corrosion resistance to high pressure of carbon dioxide.
